Application Requirements
Mobile NDR v1.2.0 will run on the iPad, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, and 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Generation iPod Touches that are running iOS 4.0 or greater.
To find the iOS version that your device is running, open the Settings app, then select General -> About and look for the Version row.

Q: | Which NDRG products are available through the Mobile NDR app? |
A: | All products, past and present, for which you have a subscription are available through the app, except for secured dynamic bundles. |
Q: | Which iOS devices are supported? |
A: | Mobile NDR v1.2.0 will run on the iPad, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, and 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Generation iPod Touches that are running iOS 4.0 or greater. |
Q: | What formats are available? |
A: | For Recent Publications, both Text-Only and Full Pub versions are available. Select Settings from the app menu to toggle between text-only mode and full-pub mode. Publications older than three weeks and all other products, such as charts and reports, are only available in their original native format, HTML or PDF. |
Q: | Why don't the hyperlinks work on the PDF products? |
A: | The native Apple PDF viewer prior to iOS 5.0 does not support hyperlinks, although they appear as such on the display. |
Q: | Can I save or share these publications? |
A: | Publications and conference calls may be saved to your device for offline viewing. In keeping with Ned Davis Research, Inc. copyright policies, these products are not sharable. |
Q: | How can I access NDRG products from my Email? |
A: | Once the application is installed on your iOS device and you have started the application and completed a one-time registration, you can begin to view our publications via Mobile NDR by selecting NDRG product hyperlinks from your Email. |
Q: | I receive an Unable to Display... error while trying to connect or the Mobile App seems to be taking longer than usual to update the display. |
A: | Please check your data service connectivity or strength. |
